Job Summary

Join the team responsible for creating performance-driven video content for MarketBeat’s YouTube channel and social platforms. The Video Production Coordinator will play a hands-on role in supporting in-studio production, thumbnail creation, fast-turnaround editing, research, guest coordination, and publishing. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys quick-turn content production, and understands what drives performance on YouTube. A strong eye for thumbnails, organization, and the ability to execute quickly under deadlines is essential.

Responsibilities

• Assist with in-studio shoots and live shows, including setup, camera operation, and general production support
• Understand and effectively use production technology and equipment, proactively diagnosing and resolving common technical issues
• Design compelling, click-worthy YouTube thumbnails optimized for clarity, storytelling, and performance
• Support fast-turnaround editing for long-form and short-form YouTube content under tight deadlines
• Coordinate guest and interview logistics, including tracking outreach, scheduling details, links, and shared assets
• Research trending stock market news and high-performing YouTube finance content
• Upload and publish content to YouTube and assist with distribution across social media platforms
